Through the Elastomers Australia School of Excellence, a unique and specialised in-house training program has been developed. It is based on more than 45 years of product and industry knowledge and experience. This program allows the company to mentor current staff and onboard new team members, fast-tracking their development to become Screen Media Specialists.
